Our number one goal at Rare Love is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases! Once your payment has been processed and your order starts being created, please know that we cannot offer refunds due to the nature of a custom order business.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

We have a wonderful printing  partner that guarantees 100% quality in the manufacturing of your delivered items. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the quality or the manufacturing of your items, please contact us immediately so we can address them in a timely manner.
